Kastengel (Kaastengel / Kue Keju)

Kemarin pas lg main ke rumah si babe, kakaknya ajak bikin kue kaastengel bareng. Hm ditawarin begitu ya.. langsung mau dong. Kue Keju gitu lowhh.. Waktu bikin kuenya kurang lebih 2 jam. Cuma worth it kok. Dan ga kerasa lama, krn lucu. Bikin kue rame2 itu emang selalu seruu.. cobain deh ;)  

Bahan:

500 gr Butter
700 gr Tepung Terigu
500 gr Keju Edam, diparut
6 Kuning Telur

Cara Mbuat:

1. Kocok butter pake mixer, sampai soft dan warnanya kuning muda / mendekati putih
2. Masukin kuning telur satu per satu, kemudian aduk pake mixer
3. Masukin terigu dan keju yg uda diparut ke dalam adonan. Sedikit demi sedikit aja, biar kecampurnya rata. Aduk pake tangan, sampai tercampur rata. Awalnya memang lengket di tangan adonannya, tapi kl dia uda kecampur semua dia ga lengket di tangan lagi kok :)
4. Lapisi loyang dengan kertas panggang (baking paper) kemudian olesi dengan mentega, tipis2 aja
5. Bentuk adonan sesuai selera. Kalau kemarin kita mbentuknya sepanjang kira2 1/2 jari telunjuk :) Kemudian taro di loyang yg uda di lapisin kertas panggang tadi
6. Panaskan oven 180 derajat Celcius
7. Panggang selama 20 - 30 menit. Sebentar2 diliat, Kalau kaastengel uda mengembang dan warnanya kuning kecoklatan berarti uda mateng tuh ;)

Kalau mau kaastengelnya ada parutan keju di atasnya, step 7 nya dibagi jadi seperti di bawah ini:

7a. Selagi setengah matang, kira2 10 menit stl dipanggang, keluarin kaastengelnya trus olesin atasnya dengan kuning telur, dan taburi sedikit keju parut
7b. Masukin lg ke oven, lanjutin dipanggangnya sampai mateng ;)
