Macaroni Schotel
Pasta memang selalu jd pilihan kalau lg males masak 
kenapa? karena masaknya selalu gampang. Kek contohnya Macaroni Schotel yg ini niy.. masaknya gampang bangeut deh. Buktiin aja sendiri 
Bahan:
150 gr macaroni elbows
200 gr kornet
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
2 sdm tepung terigu
400 ml susu cair
3 butir telur, kocok lepas
100 gram keju, diparut
1 sdt pala bubuk
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
garam secukupnya
butter secukupnya bwat numis
keju parut untuk taburan di atasnya nanti
Cara Mbuat:
1. Rebus makaroni dalam air mendidih sampai lunak. Kasi sedikit garam sama mentega biar engga lengket2 di dasar panci. Habis itu tiriskan. Kasih sedikit mentega lagi biar engga lengket2 macaroni nya
2. Panasin butter dalam wajan, tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih sampai layu, masukan tepung terigu aduk rata.
3. Masukin susu aduk supaya terigu tidak menggumpal.
4. Masukin makaroni, kornet, dan keju parut, aduk sampai rata.
5. Masukin garam, merica dan pala, aduk rata kemudian angkat.
6. Masukin telur kocok, aduk lagi hingga rata. Kalu dah rata, tuang adonan makaroni ke dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi butter dan ditaburi dengan tepung panir. Kemudian taburi atasnya dengan keju parut
7. Panggang dalam oven suhu 190 derajat celcius selama 30 menit atau sampai matang
8. Kalau dah mateng, keluarin dari oven trus biarkan macaroni di suatu tempat dalam suhu ruangan biar panasnya mereda. Kemudian sajikan..
Kalau mau variasi, bisa kurangin kornetnya trus tambahin sosis yg dipotong kecil2

enak & gampang …..bisa juga pake microwave instead of oven, lamanya cuman 20 minutes , boleh juga euy…..
